Our Gateway Ukraine project aims to facilitate collaboration between international firms and Ukrainian companies, with the ultimate goal of fostering post-war recovery and sustainable growth in Ukraine through mutually beneficial partnerships. We seek to create a platform where assistance is aligned with the specific requirements and aspirations of Ukrainian businesses in their journey towards success.

Stages of Corporate Twinning

Identify potential participants

Gateway Ukraine (in collaboration with
Ukrainian and international partners)
is currently engaged in exploratory discussions with a range of international and pre vetted Ukrainian firms in order to identify conceptually what kind of assistance international firms are willing to provide / what kind of assistance Ukrainian firms would like to receive

Exploratory discussions

In case of a potential match, exploratory discussions between the international firm and the Ukrainian firm are facilitated by Gateway Ukraine in order to identify whether there is a potential basis for cooperation

Formalising arrangements

In case the firms agree to move forward, a framework agreement is put in place between the two firms that will describe the basis for cooperation and set out certain terms in order to ensure that the interests of both firms are appropriately protected

Ongoing assistance

Assistance is provided by the international firm as per the terms of the framework agreement, with Gateway Ukraine assisting with any facilitation / support as required

Framework Agreement

The terms of any framework agreement can be adapted according to the nature of the cooperation and the preferences of the parties involved. It may include terms related to the scope of collaboration, the sharing of resources and expertise, the duration of the partnership, confidentiality and intellectual property rights, as well as the mechanisms for dispute resolution and termination of the agreement.
